I was bought house 3 years back by showing my sister credit, that time my credit was not sufficent.so all deed will be on my sister name but that payment had by me.

But Now my credit is ok to pay mortage ,And I want to transfer this deed to me by on paper.

So please let me know which are best way to transfer without wasting money....

Welcome to forums!

You will have to ask you sister to sign a quitclaim deed in your favor. Once the deed is recorded at the county recorder's office, you can refinance the mortgage in your name.
