Are there any services in the US , that fill out grant deeds for real estate. |

Hi ke6yl,
You can yourself fill out the grant deed. But if you are not confident enough in filling up the deed alone, you can take the help of an attorney in filling it out. Moreover, if you want, you can even draft the deed from the attorney.

You can look out for sample deed forms online but it is always better to consult an attorney and draft the deed from him. The attorney will be able to tell you about the legal terms and conditions involved in the deed.
