if an elderly man that has a trust that includes his family members grants a non relative all his property under false pretenses, can the transfer be reversed? A young man has baan granted property after the trust, and none of the family members were aware this happened. The old man was duped into thinking this young guy cared about him and was going to take care of him. Hasn't happened.

Hi dyager,

It would be difficult to get the property transfer reversed. However, if the old man was duped into doing so, then he should contact an attorney and file a lawsuit against the young man. If he can prove that he was duped into transferring the property, then may be the deed could be reversed.
