tonysanman@AOL.COM Guest	Posted: Sun May 09, 2010 8:33 pm    Post subject: GRANT DEED Like 0 Dislike 0 NO I LOANED A PERSON 50000$, THE FIRST 6 MONTHES OF THE LOAN WAS TO PERFORM MASONERY WORK ON MY HOSE THEN FTER 6 MONTHES IF LOAN WASNT PAYED BACK IN FULL THE LOAN WENT TO 15% INTEREST UNTELL BALLANCE DUE IN FULL IS REPAID, I ALSO HAD HIM GRANT DEED HIS PROPERTY IN MY NAME TO SECURE THE LOAN, WICH HE IS ALSO MAKEING PAYMENT TO BANK ON THE PROPERTY, ANTWAY WORK SLOWED DOWN KNOW HE IS BEHIND ON PAYMENTS TO ME AND ALSO ON HOME LOAN , QUESTION IS MY MONEY REALLY SECURED BEING THE PRIMARY PERSON ON THE GRANT DEED

If the other lender's has the primary mortgage on the property and if it is not paid on time, then he will be able to foreclose the property. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
