Deed to third story of Uptown building deeded to Owners of 1st and second story, But they do not want it as it needs a lot of work

If the property deed has been recorded at the county recorder's office with the name of new grantee on it, then I guess, the grantee will have to accept it. However, it would be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
