If there are any changes to the title of the property you should have been signing the quitclaim deed that put her on the title is that document doesn't have your signature on it it should not be valid. What proof does your sister have of being on the title? _________________ Eugene Volovik

talk to an attorney
go to the county and ask to see the recorded quitclaim deed.
you should be able to see if someone forged your signature on that and the name of the title co that sent the deed for the recording
Title co should have took id for this procedure _________________ Eugene Volovik
