I am wanting to know how I would go about getting a deed on my home. I was the contractor for the building, but, there was never any type deed showing the house belongs to me. My daughter and I both own the land the house is built on, but, the house belongs only to me. If you could tell me how I would go about getting a deed in my name only I would appreciate it.

Hi marchwinds329 ,

Don't worry to make deed for your home, Our forum will help you to solve your problem.

If you wish to make deed of your home you can contact your your personal lawyer he will help you to make perfect deed on your home.
You have not need to do worry about that because there are more options to make deed on your home.

You can take help of your mortgage company or bank get help.
They will better help you. Other one option is you can get online help by search online or you can ask to our community expert.

If you wants to make deed of your home on only on your name. If now this home is only your property you can do deed of your home on only on your name. If any other person is also part of property you can't do it with our permission of that person.
