How can I get my home out of my dads name & put into my name?
Ask your dad to sign a quit claim deed and transfer the title deed to your name.
Thank you Adamsarthur87. The only thing is, My dad just used his name to get the mortgage due to me having bad credit. Ho can we still get me complete ownership of my property and free my dad of it?

If the property is paid for, then you can even use a warranty deed to transfer it in your name. If there is a mortgage in your father's name, then the property cannot be solely transferred in your name. Your name can be just added to the deed.

Adding your name to the deed will be the only possible solution. Do that and get back to us if there arises any other issue.
