My question is how do u take the deaced owner name off the deed and put mine

Welcome to Mortgage fit,

Deceased owner should sign the property transfer papers.Even a power of attorney will also make it for you.But it is always advisable to you that you should try for property transfer.

Welcome Tomika,

You will have to file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to get the property transferred in your name.
