I am an ndependent busness contractor and I have a couple of jobs that client is not satisfied.If I am sued should I put homes in my wifes name or what other options are available?

Welcome flaigt,

You can transfer the property in your wife's name. However, if you've been already sued by your creditors, then transfer of property can be considered as fraudulent and you can be penalized for the same. You should contact your lender and take his opinion in this matter.
