my name was filed to the courts for removing my name off the deed I share with brother and sister. It has been filed but not complety signed and processed. I have until Sept 12, 2010. I changed my mind. Should I be penalized? I am disabled and do not wish to go thru with this process so I want to put it back like it was.

Hi antonelladifrancia,

You should contact your brothers and sister in order and request them to sign a new deed and add your name to the property. Then they can help you in notarizing and filing the deed at the county recorder's office.

Thanks
