JV Guest	Posted: Sun Apr 24, 2011 9:53 am    Post subject: Property Transfer Like 0 Dislike 0 My aunt died in Aug her house is still in her name however we have a will that says the house goes to me, my sister, and father how can we get the house transfer to my father's name?

As far as filing a will is concerned,you are advised to contact an attorney and take his help in this regard. Feel free to ask any further query if you have..... Once the probate is complete, the will needs to be recorded at the county recorder's office and you'll be able to get the property transferred in your name. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
