Guest	Posted: Tue Oct 12, 2010 6:01 am    Post subject: How do I remove my name from a deed? Like 0 Dislike 0 I co-signed for a house with my mom. I have recently married and plan on moving when my husband returns from deployment. How do I remove my name from the deed? Will she have to re-finance?

This will help you in removing your name from the property deed.
