my husband die and there is a life estate deed , but no will. also added to the was it heir property. ehere do i fall in...iWhere do o fit on this picture the mother black mother

Hi datthaniephillips,

If there are no other heirs to the property, then you would be able to file an affidavit of heirship and get the proeprty transferred in your name. If you have been given life estate rights to the property deed, then you will have the rights to stay in the property until death whether or not your name is mentioned as an owner of the property.
