I put my husband on the house because it made our taxes less, but now he is dying and I don't want anything to cause me to loose this home. It is all I have. What do I do? It is just a small bungalow home with 2 bedrooms and a bath. He has his own home and it is in his name only and his children. I'm having trouble with his kids now and afraid they will try and do something stupid.
