We live in a community state,Washington. To protect our ownership. should we seek legal council for joint survivalship incase one dies the other would get the property?

In order to draft the deed in that manner, you can contact a real estate attorney. He would help you in drafting the deed as well as filling it out. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
