I own a condo with my two children as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship. We live in Hawaii. Can any one of us three sell off our share of the condo?

Hi,

All three of you are legal owners of the property. You have joint ownership to the property. If any one of you wants to sell off the property, all three of you have to come to an agreement. Any one of you can sell off his/her share of the property. But it is not possible to sell part of the property, you will have to sell off the entire property and distribute the proceeds among you three.
