I'm in Texas and had a long term boyfriend. I made the mistake of giving him a survivor agree
Ment that make him joint tenent. He has files it 4
Year after the sale and is not on the morgage.
He is being mean and vendictive an hard to deal with
I believe taht the morage co count call the loan
And take the house.

Can i just let them take the house ( the bank )
Of declare bankputcy and let them have it. This
Mess has make my poor health worse and can not make credit card paymkents

With out him messing with him any more he is vey mean and vindective

Hi pARTSGUY!

Welcome to forums!

If you want to get rid of the property, then you can contact your lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. This will not only help you in getting rid of this unwanted property but you won't be liable for the balance amount resulting from the sale.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
