Does a warranty deed that is subject to the reservation of a life estate prevent a judgement lien against the grantee of the property? Thanks.

I don't think that a warranty deed will prevent your creditor from placing a lien on the property. Though there's a life estate clause, you are the owner of the property. Thus, the lender will be able to place a lien on the property.
