Hi trose,

Lady bird deed is also known as an enhanced life estate deed with which you can be able to transfer property to your heirs and at the same time retain a life estate along with the right to sell property in your lifetime. Moreover, yes, the grantor retains the right to revoke the deed at any time. To know more about ladybird deed, check out the given link:

Hi FRANSIS,

It is not mandatory to have a will with a ladybird deed. The property deed will help you in transferring your property to someone else.

Can a Lady Bird Deed be executed by Power of Attorney?

Hi Lady Linda!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, you can use the power of attorney in order to execute the ladybird deed. You can contact your real estate attorney and he will help you further in this matter.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
