Hi Twobuck!

Welcome to forums!

If the property is in your name, then you can simply sign a quitclaim deed and add your sisters to the property deed. This will make them owners of the property. You can contact an attorney and he can help you in drafting the deed. Alternatively, you can get hold of the sample quitclaim deed forms available online and transfer the property to your sisters.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
