Ok Lawyer drawed up papers for land to be split. All siblings signed their land over or one sibling including land outbuildings and house. It already went thur the courthouse and the Judge signed it. Now the sibling want to take back the land. Can they do that once they signed everything over and it has been signed by the Judge. No deed has been drawn up yet.

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

If the siblings have already signed and transferred the property to you, then you will be considered as the owner of the property. They cannot force you to transfer the property back to them. It will be solely your discretion whether or not you will transfer the property back to them.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
