I think you can add your daughter's name to the deed. As I can understand from your question, you are the owner of the property and you have leased the property to your son. Yes, you can add your daughter to the title of property and she can remain on the title for 5 years until your son purchases it. When your son purchases the property, both you and your daughter will have to quitclaim the property in his name. Thanks, Jerry
