Legally separated spouse was supposed to trust my share of the house to our minor children. I just recently stumbled across that my name was actually taken off the deed without my signature. I was under the impression that I would have to sign to have this done. When he was confronted, he said that the Judge took my name off of the house. Question is: Can a Judge do this without my signature? Or is my gut correct that someone signed my name?

Hi cphtrxtech!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, you will have to sign the property deed and transfer the property to someone else. No one can simply remove your name from the property deed without your signature. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and get his opinion in this regard.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
