Legal rights after signing off legal interest to the home that was never in my name

My name was never on the title but I had to sign off my legal interest for him to refinance some years back. We are now going to be starting divorce proceedings. Do I have any legal rights to the home? I am in the state of California.

In California, you are entitled to 50% of the house during the time you were there, because it's a Community Property State. But values have plummeted, so that'll need to be taken into consideration.
