Like 0 Dislike 0 we four brothers have made a life interest deed for our sister. But our sister wants 1lack Rupees in stead. so how the previous life interest deed can be cancelled if we agree to give her the money.

As far as I can understand the situation, your sister will have to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property in your name. However, I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard. Sussane
