Like 0 Dislike 0 I am divorced and house was awarded to wife, mortgage co. knows this and still harasses me for payment of house. What are my rights?

The house was awarded to your ex-wife but did your wife refinance the mortgage in her name? I think she has not refinanced the mortgage and the mortgage is still in your name. You can ask your ex-wife to refinance the mortgage. Then I don't think the mortgage company will harass you for payments. Thanks.
