. I got the title to the mobile home but only a quitclaim deed for the 23 acres. It doesn't have the full described real estate on the quitclaim deed it just says 23 acres in ne 1/4 se1/4 sll tlls and the mobile home size and year model then it said see attached title and survey. This is in the state of arkansas and there isn't a price amount on the claim. What do i need to do? Can I take this quit claim deed to have it recorded???I have the title to the mobile home but never received anything on the land.I have a copy of the quitclaim deed that was giving to the person i bought it from. It is recorded in her name. They sold it to her and then she sold it to me. But the quitclaim deed I received from her doesn't look anything like the one she got from the other owns?? Help I don't no what to do. Did i get myself into something ready bad?

If I were you I would take your deed and all your documents to your local title company. They will be able to pull a title chain, then determine what type of deed you have and if its valid, they can record it for you.

And, of course, if you can't locate a title company, a local real estate attorney is of value.
