How can it be a mobile home if its on a permanant foundation?

The axel has been removed and put on a permanant foundation but the appraiser said it is still a mobile home without actually looking at the property. How can that be?

Though you have removed the axel of your mobile home and fixed it to the ground, it would still be considered as a mobile home home. If you want to change the property into a permanent home, then you need to contact your county court house and take the required steps. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
