went to the court house and told them we need a title for this mobile home they say it has never been registered and we need to get a lawyer.
any advice ?

Try getting the lawyer first. Most lawyers will give you a free consultation.

You may even contact the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for the title of your mobile home and check out whether or not it was filed with them.

The courthouse only knows about the Title if the Mobile Home has been converted to "Real Property". If it hasn't, the records reside with the DMV.

I just eliminated about 6 posts that were pure nonsense...2 or 3 of them simply had the letter "i" repeated on three lines.

We need to be more vigilant in how we view these forums. If you're not a moderator and have no power to edit posts, then at least bring something like what we've seen to Sam's attention. To get through to Sam, you can easily send a private message.

Obviously, these bogus posts are no use to anyone, they take up valuable space and they're terribly annoying to those of us who are serious about what we're doing.

Let's please be cognizant of what's happening and take corrective measures as soon as possible. Some of us who can do something aren't always able to monitor each forum on a daily basis, so there is help needed.

Contact the person who is responsible for the title of the mobile home and ask for details about how was it possible that the mobile home was not even registered. If this won't work then just get some help with your trusted lawyer and undergo certain process.
