How are the Moore Marsden formulas modified to include improvements?

Property improvements as well as mortgage paydown are used to calculate SP and CP.

SP % = (PP - CPPP) / PP and
CP % = CPPP / PP

How are improvements, IP (prior to marriage) and IM (improvements during marriage), entered into the SP % and CP % formulas?

Is the purchase price (PP) in the formula also modified to include improvements?

If you have spent for the improvements of the property from the community property fund then that will increase the property value and it should be divide equally between the two spouses.
