Is it possible that any person can be added to a property title? If there is no blood relationship, how to add him/her to the title of the property?

Thanks.

quit claim deed has nothing to do with blood relation. you can use it. however if you have taken mortgage, inform your lender about your plan as they make ask new owner to refinance the mortgage

That means any person can be added to the title of the property. That's great.

Thanks.
