Hi mikeviehl!

Welcome to forums!

As the property deed has your name on it, then it can't be revoked without your permission. You will have to sign the deed in order to remove your name from it. If your siblings remove your name without your permission, it will be considered as fraud and you can file a lawsuit against them.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Check with a lawyer that your status does not change when a will is written and you are out of it.
