May husband died and we jointly owned a condo. It passed to me on his death but I would like to take his name off of the title. I am moving from Missouri to Arkansas and would like to take care of this before moving. Thank you.

Welcome marcialb,

You can file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name.
