Hi neanea!

Welcome to forums!

As the quitclaim deed was filed prior to the will, I think the quitclaim deed will be taken into consideration. You can ask your father to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name to the property deed. This will help you in adding your name to the property deed.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hello Everybody Very Happy

neanea0072 if your father would like to add your & yours bothers name on deed. So they must have to sign quit claim deed & keep in record properly& they must have to add your name on property deed.
If your father put yours & brothers name on will then After they passed you will be the owner of property by law of beneficiary. Then you have to take help of your lawyer or attorney to get part of property as written in deed.

Thank you so much,

Daniel Corral. Very Happy
