Does the name on the deed have to be on the mortgage statement?

I have no problem making the mortgage and the remaining term is only two years. Should I worry about the name on the mortgage statement since it has not been changed, or should I leave it as it is to keep from refinancing?

You should contact the lender and apply for refinance.
