I have a CDL in AR that needs to be changed to TN because that's where I live there. My landlord is in FL and can't come to TN to notarize a lease. Can I use a notary in Florida who is a notary in TN if I can find one? If I cold do that where would I find them?

Hi clairecastellano,

You will have to notarize the deed where the property is located. In such a situation, you need to go to Tennessee in order to notarize the deed. You should contact your landlord and ask him to come to Tennessee for the same.
