my friend's grandfather dead last 4 month.but he was not made his property beneficery paper. Still all property is his grandfather name.

he is scared about lost of property.
My question is he will lose his grandfather property.
IF not,
how he will transfer all property to his name.

Please sugggest all possibilities...

Welcome to our forum.

There his father is alive? If yes , then he will be the owner of the property as beneficiary. If his grandfather not leaved any will then his nearest relative such as Daughter,Wife etc. will be the owner.
