Hello my name is Taffee Ligon, my cousin sold our family land to someone, however he forged my dads name as well as my uncle and aunts he sold it for 7500 dollar there is 4 lots in all. please give me some information on how to gain ownership back of the property that was once ours. I don't know what to do.

Hi Tafee, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I'm afraid at this point you probably need to consult an attorney &/or report the fraud to the authorities.

Absolutely you need to hire an attorney immediately. Unfortunately this may cost more than the property is worth to get back? It will be hard to prove the buyer had knowledge of this but your cousin could see some time for this.

Hi Tafee.

Welcome to the forum.

I agree with the above posters that you should report this fraud to the local authority. Your cousin do not have any right to sell the family land without informing the owners (you father and uncle).
