mc43210 Joined: 17 Dec 2009 Posts: 1 1.30 Dollars($)	Posted: Thu Dec 17, 2009 5:49 pm    Post subject: can my ex girlfreind turn her half of house over to me , my Like 0 Dislike 0 my mom and ex girlfriend bought a house 6 months ago, the ex wants out of her ownership,she has moved on .....she wants nothing to do with the bills or the property itsself, the house is still being paid for..i am the only person paying for it as of right now and living in it ,but i am not on any mortgage papers or deed or any thing...can she turn her share over to me? and how?
