my mom and ex girlfriend bought a house 6 months ago, the ex wants out of her ownership,she has moved on .....she wants nothing to do with the bills or the property itsself, the house is still being paid for..i am the only person paying for it as of right now and living in it ,but i am not on any mortgage papers or deed or any thing...can she turn her share over to me? and how?

yes, she can do so, but you and your mom will also have to refinance if your ex is to have her name removed from any debt. of course, you and your mom together will have to qualify for the mortgage refinance transaction.
