I want to prevent a claim against my husband's portion of our co-op. We bought it together and now he is in a nursing home. We also have a child with diabilties. What do you advice?

Welcome Cynthia,

What kind of claim are you talking about? Can you please give some more details?

'claim'... is it a quitclaim deed?
'diabilties' ...is it a typo error? do you mean 'disability'??
I will pay attention to your reply, thanks.
