A WILL HAS BEEN PROBATED. MY QUESTION IS CAN I ADD SOMEONE FOR JOINT OWNERSHIP ON MY DEED.

Hi latasha,

If you are the beneficiary of the will and get the property, then you will have to first get the property deed transferred in your name. Once you become the sole owner of the property, you will have the rights to add someone to the property deed and make him/her the joint owner of the property.
