shay21067 Joined: 17 Feb 2009 Posts: 5 1.60 Dollars($)	Posted: Thu Mar 11, 2010 6:09 am    Post subject: fathers building Like 0 Dislike 0 i now live in my fathers building. he leaves everything to me. i make repairs etc, upkeep. is there anyway i can protect myself if something happens to my father or mother. he has said that he wants me to have the building. but what steps should i take to make his wishes legal.

This will make you one of the owners of the property and you would have legal rights to it. Thanks
