Hi,
I quitclaimed in the past and now I am thinking about purchasing a house. Would my quit claim history will affect me from buying a house and where does my credit stand. Thanks a lot for your time

Hi Cielo,

Though you quitclaimed a property to someone else, it won't be a problem for you to buy a new house. Quitclaiming a property won't affect your credit scores in any way.

Thanks
