I AM MARRIED AND GOING TO HAVE PROPERTY QUIT CLAIMED TO ME. MY MARRIAGE ISN'T GOING WELL. IN CASE I DIVORCE WILL MY SPOUSE HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO THE PROPERTY?

Whether your spouse will have any rights on the property depends upon the court decision if you're involved in a legal divorce case. However, if the quitclaim is done prior to the court case and your spouse doesn't claim the property, it'll be yours entirely.
