NEED TO KNOW Guest	Posted: Sat Jan 10, 2009 8:00 pm    Post subject: QUIT CLAIM DEED ACQUIRED WHILE MARRIED Like 0 Dislike 0 I AM MARRIED AND GOING TO HAVE PROPERTY QUIT CLAIMED TO ME. MY MARRIAGE ISN'T GOING WELL. IN CASE I DIVORCE WILL MY SPOUSE HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO THE PROPERTY?
