My mother past away 5 years agoand my sister talked my mom in to making her over everything. I was told my mother gave her a quit deed for the property and in the will it was left to us three children. my sister never put the loan in her name or ins. the home is now paid off. ins is still in moms name. my sister says the home is hers and there nothing we can do. Is this true?

Will overpowers. Contact an attorney. If she previously deeded the property to your sister, that is fine. If your mother placed a proper will together, the administrator of the will would have a copy and then see how the wording is. If you are party to a valid will, then you have rights to the property. Good luck!
