the contract was notirized with witness, but not record in court.
Can I have bouth the property and be in the enhanced deed at the same time

Hi texidory,

If the deed was notarized and witnessed it should be valid, unless it was done a long time back. However, you should record the deed asap with the recorders office. As for you second question, you need to explain the situation in a bit detail so I can comment on it.
