Is my relationship listed on the title. I'm trying to buy a home in another state and a public records search found this property.....I'm not on the mortgage, but on the title...is my relationship ...wife/spouse listed???

You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to your spouse in order to get rid of the property. Thanks
