Like 0 Dislike 0 Hello my soon to be exhusband and i purchase a single family home in both our names. our divorce should be final soon. He wants me to give him half of the down payment we put for the house and his willing to leave me the house. How do i remove him from the deed, i cant remove him from the loan yet because the fees are to high for me at this time.

Once he does so, you'll become the sole owner of the property. Then you may refinance the mortgage in your name. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
