Hi. I got recently divorced, and the court awarded me with 100% of the interest in the property. I would like to remove my ex from the deed without his signature. What would be my steps/what agency would be able to help/what documents I should file? Thanks.

Hi JM!

Welcome to forums!

You cannot remove your ex from the property deed without his signatures. You will have to ask him to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you.
